Orders may be canceled prior to shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges from countries outside of Canada.
Canadians, please ensure you’ve chosen the correct Kangapouch size.
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product. The Kangapouch must be unused, meaning it cannot have been slept in, washed, or soiled.
All Toddler Duvets, Duvet Covers, sale items, and custom orders are final sale and non-returnable.
