Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Policy

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges from countries outside of Canada.
Canadian customers should ensure the correct Kangapouch size is selected before ordering.
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product. Items must be unused, meaning they cannot have been slept in, washed, or soiled.
All Toddler Duvets, Duvet Covers, sale items, and custom orders are final sale and non-returnable.

We provide a return label for exchanges. Returns are at the customer’s expense.
All products are quality-checked before shipping. If you notice any issues, please contact us immediately.

Items not delivered
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time frame, please contact us within 30 days so we can assist in investigating with the carrier.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier and tracking information has been provided, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery. Carrier confirmation of delivery constitutes completion of the order.
