U.S. Your order ships with Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). We’ve included all import duties, broker fees, and shipping costs in your checkout total – so everything’s covered upfront. When your package arrives, you’ll just receive it – with no unexpected charges at the door. Please note: Local taxes (e.g., state or sales tax) may still apply and are the recipient’s responsibility.

International Shipping (Outside U.S. & Canada)
An additional flat rate of $35 USD applies for international shipping and we ship broker fees prepaid. We do not except refunds or exchanges for international orders.

Carriers
We ship from Canada using UPS, FedEx, Purolator, USPS, or Canada Post, depending on the order.
Signature Requirements
A signature may be required for larger shipments upon delivery.
Liability
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.
If you experience any issues with tracking or delivery, please contact us within 30 days so we can assist in investigating with the carrier.
